30-day return policy on all merchandise!
Please read carefully:
Warranty:
Marinestores.biz accepts returns
for thirty (30) days after shipment. Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping costs. Defective
products are returnable for 30 days without restocking
fees. A NON-NEGOTIABLE 15% RE-STOCKING FEE APPLIES TO
ALL NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Shipping costs
are non-refundable. Customer must request a return
merchandise authorization (RMA) thru our website to
receive instructions for returning the package. A RMA
number will be issued with instructions for returning
the package within two business days. Please note that
RMA numbers will not be issued via telephone. All
returns without a RMA number or sent COD will be
refused. All packaging materials and parts must be
included for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse
returns with missing parts. Products damaged by the
customer during installation may be given a partial
refund or refused altogether. Open software, data cards
with data recorded, international orders, freight truck
only products and special order items are not
returnable. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing
items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within 10
days.
Please also include the
following information when requesting a return number:
- Original Invoice
number
- Sku number
- Quantity
- Serial number of unit
(Where applicable)
- Reason for return
(please be specific if defective)
1. The RMA# must be
clearly written and be made visible on the outside
shipping box. All returns must be issued a return
number, no credit will be issued unless return number is
given.
2. Do not write or apply
any shipping labels directly on the manufacturer's
packaging. Box all returns in an appropriate outer
shipping box. DO NOT WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX!!!
No credit will be issued.
3. All items must be
returned in the condition it was sold, all original
packaging and paperwork must be included for full
credit.
4. Condition of return
must match with reason given for return. If the
condition of the unit and the reason for return do not
coincide, a 15% restocking fee will be applied or the
unit will be returned to sender.
5. Please make sure all
factory packaging is intact and all original components
are included.
6. Rather than
have a restocking fee, initial shipping is
non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Shipping items back to us is the customer's
responsibility. We will pay for shipping both ways
if we accidentally sent the wrong item. Please be
sure you're ordering the correct part.
